Making Your Deposit

All FILLER and NEW PATIENT appointments require a $100 deposit to secure your appointment.

We have a 24-hr cancellation and rescheduling policy, if the office is closed, just leave us a message. If you need to reschedule, please call us at 404-233-5255 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Before Your Visit

Please review the following information before your next visit.

Please be aware that all appointments require a 24-hour confirmation. We cannot hold unconfirmed appointments.

DID YOU KNOW? There are some common reasons you may not be eligible to receive treatment. Please review the following information to ensure that you will be able to receive treatment before scheduling your appointment.

You cannot receive treatment if you are Pregnant or Breastfeeding.

You must wait at least 2 weeks to receive treatment if you:
  • Are currently taking antibiotics
  • Have had major dental work or cleanings
  • Have a rash, cold sore, cold or viral symptoms
  • Have had facials, laser treatments, microneedling, microblading, or microdermabrasion
